FAQs
What is Project Access Malaysia?
Project Access Malaysia is a student-led initiative that centralizes scholarship information and connects secondary school students to opportunities, mentorship, and a supportive community. Our goal is to make scholarship access transparent, simple, and available to every Malaysian student — not just those in the Klang Valley.
We provide a centralized database of scholarships in Malaysia, practical resources to guide your applications, and digital outreach to raise awareness through social media. We also offer a Confessions page on our Instagram page (just DM us!) where scholars and students can share their experiences and learn from one another.

Who is Project Access Malaysia for?
No. We don’t fund scholarships directly. Instead, we compile and verify information about scholarships from multiple organizations and foundations, so students can easily find and compare opportunities that match their goals. Additionally, we conduct free CV checks if you just drop us an email (reach us at admin@projectaccessmy.com) and if you indicate a desire for mentorship (FOC of course!), we will reach out!
Our platform is designed for all Malaysian secondary school students — especially those outside the Klang Valley who may not have the same access to scholarship information and mentoring opportunities.
We are currently updating the scholarship information (SPM 2025 application season is just over) and the Excel file will be available soon in January 2026!
We offer a multitude of scholarship resources and 'real' tips coming from actual Malaysian scholarship recipients. Additionally, unlike other scholarship or mentoring programs that are mostly based in the Klang Valley, we focus on active outreach — reaching out directly to schools, communities, and students nationwide, including rural and underrepresented areas.
